Most personal trainers or nutrition coaches cost $100 – $200 per session, and are incentivized to keep you as a client as long as possible – which means more money for them and way more cost for you.
It’s not great for the client.
My health coaching program is designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and lifestyle skills so that you won’t need to pay for coaching anymore. Instead, you will be empowered to make the best decisions for your individual health on your own.
This coaching is donation-based. Income should not determine someone’s access to quality health services. The recommended donation per session is $45. But these are tough times and depending on your financial status, you can give as little as $5 – $10.
In exchange, you get personalized fitness and nutrition coaching from an experienced coach, who has coached clients in Los Angeles and New York City.
That’s not what this is. My goal is not to keep you as a client for years on end. Rather, my goal as your health coach is to teach you the principles of sustainable exercise, nutrition, and stress management; customize the program to fit your needs and be something you’ll actually want to stick to; and set you up for long-term success on your own.
Get a health plan, personalized to you – your lifestyle, your needs, your goals.
I’m here to teach you the principles of a healthy lifestyle that fosters health, longevity, and energy. I’m committed to taking you from the short-term body-focused health ideology that has pervaded western culture, and get you in sync with what you individually need to optimize your wellness.
